Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the WICK website and its tools. By using WICK you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use WICK.

1. What WICK is

WICK is a non-custodial, client-side interface that helps you compose a token-creation transaction for the pump.fun program on Solana, simulate it, and submit it from your own wallet. WICK is software, not a service provider, broker, exchange, custodian, adviser or counterparty. WICK does not create, issue, sell, hold or control any token.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for every transaction you sign, including the coin you create, its name, art, description and links, and any first buy.
  • You confirm you have the right to use the art and names you submit and that they do not infringe anyone's rights or impersonate anyone.
  • You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including securities, tax and consumer laws in your jurisdiction. WICK is not available where its use would be unlawful.
  • You are responsible for the security of your wallet and devices.

3. No fees, no promises

WICK charges no fee. Third parties (pump.fun, PumpPortal, Irys, Solana validators) charge their own, which WICK lists for information only and does not control. WICK makes no promise that any coin will trade, graduate, hold value or attract buyers.

4. Third-party services

WICK relies on services it does not operate: the pump.fun program, PumpPortal's transaction builder and data stream, Irys and Arweave, public Solana RPC nodes, DexScreener and IPFS gateways. Their availability, correctness and terms are theirs. A failure in any of them can delay or prevent a launch. WICK keeps no queue and cannot reverse a confirmed transaction.

5. Receipts and simulations

A preflight simulation is a prediction based on network state at that moment and may differ from the final result. A receipt records what your browser observed and signed; it is not a certification by WICK of any fact about a coin or its creator.

6. Prohibited use

Do not use WICK to impersonate a person, brand or project; to launch a coin whose name, ticker or art you have no right to use; to deceive buyers; to automate serial launches; to interfere with the site or the services it relies on; or for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

WICK™, the candle mark and the WICK site design are the property of the WICK team. The site's source is published under the licence stated in its repository. Coins you create are yours and your responsibility.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

WICK is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the WICK team and its contributors are not liable for any loss, including lost funds, lost tokens, lost profits, failed transactions, mispriced trades, third-party failures or security incidents outside WICK's code, arising from your use of WICK. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid WICK, which is zero.

10. Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top of this page is the version date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
